Treasure: Crack the Combination Lock

A locked treasure chest sits waiting, guarded by a 3-dial combination lock. The recipient holds down each dial to fill it up and has to let go right as it passes through its marked zone -- do that for all three and the lid flips open, coins spill out, and your message is right there waiting inside.

How it works

1. Write your message, or generate one, and set the reveal format to Treasure.
2. Photos, a recorded voice or video message, a Happy Birthday tune, and a backdrop are optional extras.
3. You'll get a private link, no account needed, to send wherever you'd normally reach this person.
4. They hold and release each dial right as it passes through its gold zone, and once all three lock, your message spills out with the coins to a chime and confetti.

When to use it

Treasure leans into the idea that your message actually is the prize. It's a good fit for pirate or adventure themes, or anyone who'd enjoy an actual puzzle to solve rather than a single tap. The combination lock takes a bit of focus, which makes the reveal land harder once it finally clicks.
