WishCopy is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use WishCopy to browse, copy, and share birthday messages for personal communications. You may not:
All birthday wishes, gift ideas, and written content in WishCopy are original works created for this application. The content is provided for personal use and sharing. WishCopy retains all intellectual property rights to the original phrase library.
When you create an Interactive Experience link (any of WishCopy's reveal formats, including Time Capsule, Group Wish, and Invitations), any message text, photos, sticker images, or voice or video message you add are uploaded to our servers so the recipient can view the experience, and are automatically deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy — 7 days after the experience becomes openable (immediately for a normal experience, after your chosen unlock date for a Time Capsule, after you send a Group Wish, whose collection board is otherwise kept for up to 90 days, or 14 days after the event date for an Invitation). You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to share any photo, sticker, voice recording, or video you include — do not upload content depicting, or the voice or likeness of, anyone who has not consented to it, especially minors. A Group Wish lets other people add their own content to a board you started; each contributor is equally responsible for their own line, name, photo or sticker, and voice/video message, and you are responsible for reviewing the finished board before sending it. An Invitation similarly lets anyone with the link submit an RSVP reply with their own name, note, and optional photo, sticker, voice, or video message; each guest is equally responsible for their own reply, and you are responsible for the event details (date, location, and message) you provide. We may remove any Experience link, contribution, or RSVP reply at our discretion if it violates these terms.
When you submit feedback or reviews, you grant WishCopy a non-exclusive licence to display that content publicly within the application. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Regardless of where it is submitted — an Experience message, photo, sticker, voice or video recording, Group Wish contribution, Invitation RSVP reply, or feedback/review — you may not upload, submit, or share content that:
We may remove any content, disable any Experience link or Group Wish contribution, and suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If you come across content you believe violates this policy, please report it to hello@wishcopy.com with the link (or a description of where it appears) so we can review and remove it.
The Custom Vibe Creator uses third-party AI (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated content is provided as-is. WishCopy is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated phrases. Users are responsible for reviewing content before sending.
WishCopy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishCopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
WishCopy displays advertisements through Google AdSense, with a consent choice screen shown where required by law. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies and consent are handled.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of WishCopy after changes constitutes acceptance.
