How it works

1. Start a board. Enter the recipient's name, an optional intro message, and optionally pick a backdrop for the final reveal (an AI-generated photo theme or any custom color) — no sign-up required.
2. Share one private link with everyone you want to include. That's the only link that ever goes out to the group.
3. Each friend contributes once: their own line, an optional photo or a sticker they design on the spot, and an optional short voice or video message.
4. Watch it fill up. The collect page shows a live count and everyone's contributions as they come in, so nobody's guessing whether they're the only one who's added something yet.
5. The organizer sends it once everyone's chipped in (or whenever they decide enough is enough) — this merges every contribution into one finished reveal link for the birthday person.

What each contributor can add

• A written line (their own birthday message, up to 300 characters)
• Their name (optional — can contribute anonymously)
• One photo, or a sticker they design in the built-in Sticker Studio right on the same page
• One voice message or video clip (up to 20 seconds) — not both, since a video already carries its own audio
